United Way of Central Louisiana sponsors the Human Services Forum, generally on the first Thursday of each month.The HS Forum is open to all, but targeted primarily to staff and volunteers of agenciesthat provide human or social services, whether nonprofit or governmental. We meet at 11:30am for lunch (optional, cost is $6.00 or you can bring your own) and networking. An educational program on nonprofit management and related issues begins at noon and lasts for an hour. Topics vary each month, but always cover some aspect of nonprofit life and management. There is no cost for the program unless otherwise announced.
