Passion Taylor Payne is a native of Alexandria, La. She received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Global Campus (UAGC) formerly known as Ashford University. She currently is actively enrolled there completing the final requirements for a Ph.D.-Psychology degree (Dec.2024). Passion is also actively enrolled at University of Phoenix – Master of Clinical Counseling (Dec. 2024). Passion is an active member in the community with over 20 plus years of experience in mental/behavioral health services, leadership, and other human related services. She brings an unlimited crossover of talent and experience in business, program development, organizational development and community-based services. Her “passion” for the community drives dedication to program development and implementation of needed services within the community. Passion believes in bridging the gap between home, school and community to “change and improve” the future of all families.
