Debbie Dove

Born and raised in Alexandria, Debbie graduated from Holy Savior Menard Central High School. Debbie began with United Way of Central Louisiana in 1988. Debbie has graced our United Way staff by filling many roles and wearing a multitude of hats, from being the Director of Operations to her current role post-retirement as our Bookkeeper. She loves her family, her dog, and ensuring all the financials are in tip top shape. Debbie understands how keeping everything working smoothly is essential to creating hope, a steady foundation and long-lasting change.

Jones brings more than three decades of executive leadership and a proven record of strengthening organizations through strategic planning, financial stewardship, team leadership, fundraising, marketing and communications, and cross-sector community partnership building.

Ananda Flanagan

Ananda was born and raised in Central Louisiana. She earned her degree from Northwestern State University. She is the mother to a sassy little girl and adventurous little boy, both with a huge smile and an even bigger heart; As well as her children, Ananda loves to smile and laugh. She has always had a passion for helping others in any way that she can. She is excited to be a part of the United way of Central Louisiana team to have the opportunity to help in the community in which she was raised. UWCL has several aspects, and to be a part of them all is exciting!

Jalyn McNeal

Jalyn McNeal graduated from Northwestern State University in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications, working as a COVID-19 Communications Coordinator with the Louisiana Department of Health/Rapides Office of Public Health immediately after. Jalyn joined the United Way team in March of 2025, bringing her social media, marketing, and branding skills with her. 

In her spare time, Jalyn enjoys music, writing and journaling, drawing, and traveling with her friends. 

Anthony Thomas MSW, CSW

Anthony Thomas, originally from Chalmette, LA, has not only faced and overcome personal adversity but has also turned these challenges into a steadfast commitment to serve others. Completing his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and then a Master of Social Work from Louisiana Christian University, Anthony is not just an academic achiever; he is a Louisiana state registered certified social worker specializing in Healthcare and Behavioral Health.

Kristi Soileau

Kristi is a native to Grant Parish, LA where she currently resides with her husband Shawn of 23 years. Kristi is the co-chair for the Grant Parish Healthy Initiatives Coalition and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Kristi attends graduate school at Northwestern State University for her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kristi’s vision for her future plans is to open her own practice and incorporate free counseling to the fostering families at her church. Kristi is passionate about helping others in need and looks forward to what the future holds.
